The artists Julia Calvo and Jose Carlos Izquierdo have created for this occasion a specific work inspired by the aesthetics of the architecture of the La Farinera del Clot room. The most voyeuristic character is presented in each of the elements of the room to rethink the discourse that is given to this type of post-industrial property.
The proposal of these two creators brings us closer to reflecting on the testimonial surplus of the capitalist industrial society that have turned this type of buildings into a nucleus of temporal and spatial order in the face of the advance of oblivion and the loss of the memory of the place.
