The Madrid sculptor Ana Genovés, exhibits for the first time at the Artnueve contemporary art gallery together with the British painter Lawrence Corby, together, they create a dialogue with a great sensory load where geometry, color and everyday life are the protagonists.
The complicity that unites them is palpable, and that makes this project an indispensable visit.
My work talks about the usefulness and functionality of objects, this is my intention. But when I am in the creative process, other more visceral ideas arise, more based on the sensual, when I am looking at an object I think about what I get out of it.
