Art Marbella / Territory Fleeting

July 21-25

Fleeting Territory
Despite the distances that separate the works of Lawrence Corby (Nottingham, 1970), Antonio González (Valencia, 1974), Pablo Capitán del Río (Granada, 1982) and Sergio Porlán (Murcia, 1983)
they propose a reflection on other ways of inhabiting the world.
From different discourses and disciplines they present new notions about the role of art as a
tool to know the complexity and uncertainty of the current time, outside the orders of
transparency and simplicity.
A reflection on transience.
A search in the territory of uncertainty.
A staging of the mystery of the complex.

From different discourses and disciplines they present new notions about the role of art as an instrument
to recognize the complexity and uncertainty of the present time, away from the mandates of transparency
and simplicity.
